Thanks to Pat and the whole Slackware team! Congrats on an awesome release. Everything is (and has been) working great here on my systems. Thanks also to all the contributions who sent in bug reports, posted here on LQ etc. It's great to see strong community involvement in helping the BDFL and team craft one helluva stable release.
I raise a mug of homebrew in your general direction! :-)

You might still see the odd error from the torrents because we usually run 3 Torrent servers. Currently only one is set up for 14.0 but we should have the other two up soon.
And while you're at the Slackware Store buying your copy of Slackware 14.0 don't forget to grab a couple of the new T-shirts. We think they are awesome and you never know, it may be the last chance you get to buy a T-shirt

Saw the annoucement tonight! :)
Saw the announcement tonight in email and am looking forward to trying it out. Out of curiosity from the time of the announce letter does anyone know when to expect the DvDs to be shipped if you are a subscriber to Slackware Store?
