Slackware 13.37 RC π

Better call it Slackware 13.37 RC π or if you prefer to capitalize Slackware13.37 RC Π

PS Better read that using a serif font.

Firewire support has been around for a long time.

@ H_TeXMeX_H
-current briefly did not have firewire support because the old firewire drivers were unexpectedly removed and the config file had to be changed.

Oh yeah, you're right. I didn't notice because I have a custom kernel and I switched to the new stack quite some time ago.

Intel 915 (GMA 900) fog effect (?) stopped working again. Now when a KDE pabel tool tip pops up, I can see the windows and text beneath it clearly -- and the text in the panel tool tip cannot be easily recognized.

My last installed slackware-current snapshot was from 24 or 25th of January. That snapshot was very nice because the background was blurred for KDE panel tool tips.

Thumbs down Why have you started a new thread?

http://www.linuxquestions.org/questi...3-37-a-867470/

The existing thread has been tracking the RCs. Starting a new thread only dilutes the focus and serves no purpose.

Yes. That thread is going more and more entertaining. That's good. But it's also good to have a serious one dedicated to bug reports.
