Slackware 13.37 current x86. flash player plugin no sound

Hi folks.

I have just updated my Slackware 13.37 x86 to current. Than installed flash player plugin 11 into firefox browser /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins/ and found that there is no sound during youtube watching. Only video. What could it be? I had always install flash plugins and had not problems. But now i am confused.
Mixer is ok. XMMS Kplayer works good. Also dowsn't work Amarok player.

thank you. i just had the same problem on my son's computer running slack 13.1. he just recently added a webcam that has a microphone in it, and the usb sound hardware "stole" his audio. had everything working again except audio in firefox. i actually had to add a /etc/asound.conf file with the contents you posted, and it worked.
