I have all of the top-level README files and man pages processed, but are there any others I should get?
We're modifying slackpkg to deal with a converted ChangeLog, but if it's not ready in time we might have to leave that one.

Hrmm, I dunno if I can read too much of the l337, sounds like a mindfsck way of writing to me.

I have noticed that after a rather long hiatus jfsutils finally got an update, but I guess it is too late to see a new jfsutils included now?

http://jfs.sourceforge.net/
03/04/11 jfsutils release 1.1.15 is available

I was going to suggest that. It would then prove that all the reviewers who claim Slack is a "difficult" distro are correct.

Possibly the most stable ( matured? ) version of the 2.6.37 branch?

and .6 is at rc-1

(dunno what the normal cycle is with kernels, probably not via RC-2 and RC-31415 though.
