Is this the magazine that costs $18 USD? I picked up a copy at my local bookstore last week, and took it to the counter because I saw that it had Slackware stuff in it, and the cashier said, "that'll be $18". And I was like, "for a magazine!!!". So I took it back and put it on the shelf.

Hi,

That's why I took a 1-year subscription for 79.99 € (about 103 US$) which includes 12 issues with DVD. A lot more economic then buying it at a stand.

Kind regards,

Eric

That was me and Linux Format today. Luckily I noticed it was larger then the usual rags I get delivered so I shifted the disc out of the way and spotted the price prior to taking it to the counter.
