Slackware 12.2 and Intel 536 modem driver

I have Intel 536 dial-up modem, but my philipe.vouters driver wont compile with 2.6.27.7 kernel (with 12.1 version everiting was ok).
Anybody know where to find new driver, or is there any other way to solve the problem?
