Some dumb questions: Did you modify/install something in the past few days? Are you sharing your internet connection w/ someone else? Did your ISP suddenly decrease your bandwidth?

Nope didnt decrease my bandwith! I didnt modify anything or install something that could do this... Yes i am sharing connection but even before i was sharing it and it worked fine... seems like i dont have enough memory or something or look like i game with 10fps but i have AMD AthlonXP 2900+ and 768MB memory...so... the computer should work just fine...and the problem is only when i'm browsing or something it is the same problem when i'm not browsing but not so much it works fine ... but when i begin browsing with konqueror or firefox my computer wants to freeze...

For kde, you can come here to get the kde latest packages:

http://ftp.bit.nl/mirror/slackware/s...slackware/kde/

the latest stable now is 3.4.2

You may want to upgradepkg arts too.
