No that was a pasting thing. Also yes I am running a full install.

Something is very wrong with the output above. For some reason slackpkg is not retrieving the files it needs (GPG-KEY, ChangeLog.txt, etc.); instead it is trying to retrieve the parent directory and being sent a '.listing' file each time (note the name and size of the file being downloaded in your output).

I'm not sure what would cause this to happen. Perhaps you should paste your slackpkg.conf file and repaste your mirrors file. Also, please fix whatever is wrong with your pasting. Looking at the mirrors file you pasted previously there are a number of formatting problems (i.e., country names appear on multiple lines). If those problems do indeed exist in the files on your system then it is no surprise you can't get this to work. There may be problems with other files as well.

It looks like you uncommented the download site for the 32 bit stuff and your system is looking for the 64 bit stuff. Comment that back out and scroll down to the 64 bit and uncomment that site.
