[SOLVED] "slackpkg install-new" miss some pkgs

I've experienced a strange behavior, I had some problems with buez4 and blueman, so I decided to reinstall everything typing

Code:

removepkg /var/log/packages/blue*

and

Code:

removepkg /var/log/packages/*obex*

Once I've tried to reinstall all the stuff using slackpkg with

Code:

slackpkg install-new

it showed me only this packages to install:

blueman-1.21-x86_64-1.txz
bluez-4.64-x86_64-1.txz
obex-data-server-0.4.5-x86_64-1.txz
obexfs-0.12-x86_64-1.txz

even if

Code:

slackpkg search bluez

returns

Code:

Looking for bluez in package list. Please wait... DONE

The list below shows all packages with name matching "bluez".

[uninstalled] - bluez-4.64-x86_64-1
[uninstalled] - bluez-firmware-1.2-x86_64-1
[uninstalled] - bluez-hcidump-1.42-x86_64-3

You can search specific files using "slackpkg file-search file".

and

Code:

slackpkg search obex

returns

Code:

Looking for obex in package list. Please wait... DONE

The list below shows all packages with name matching "obex".

[uninstalled] - obex-data-server-0.4.5-x86_64-1
[uninstalled] - obexfs-0.12-x86_64-1
[uninstalled] - obexftp-0.23-x86_64-3
[uninstalled] - openobex-1.5-x86_64-1

I've experienced this also with other pkgs, e.g "slackpkg install-new" miss "kdepim-runtime-4.4.3-x86_64-1" while "slackpkg search kdepim" do the job.
I've tried also other just random check.

Is it my fault or slackpkg fault?

The "install-new" option will only install packages which were added to Slackware at some time. It is not the same as "upgradepkg --install-new" with which you may be confusing it.

Ok, may be I misunderstood, in fact from slackpkg man page:

install-new
This action installs any new packages that are added to the official Slackware package set. Run this if you are
upgrading your system to another Slackware version or if you are using -current.
If you want to install all uninstalled Slackware packages onto your system, use the following command instead of
the install-new action:

# slackpkg install slackware.

but

Code:

slackpkg install slackware.

or

Code:

slackpkg install slackware

returns

Code:

# slackpkg install slackware

No packages match the pattern for install. Try:

        /usr/sbin/slackpkg reinstall|upgrade
