37 packages were recorded. Of course, I'm still customizing my 13.37 install. So far, love it!

Well I ran your script but it says I don't have any of yours, mind you I've only just installed slackware again for the first time in a few years.... and I am using it more,,, trying to refresh my memory and learn things I haven't known. Not sure what else I would need, Slackware 13.1 is pretty complete.

Some are redundant and not used, should get round to uninstalling them sooner or later.

87 packages were recorded.

I only had two build problems during this 13.37 update, which is a huge improvement over previous releases.

barry - old version doesn't compile.
testdisk - md5 mismatch.

I'm very impressed with the quality of the 13.37 Slackbuilds and want to say thanks to all those who contribute. Your work is very much appreciated.

P.S. How can I get access to the -current SBo branch? ;-)

http://slackbuilds.org/gitweb/?p=slackbuilds.git;a=tree has the most up to date SlackBuilds (which won't be for -current, usually). There's also ponce's SlackBuild repository, which usually is: https://github.com/Ponce/slackbuilds

An update:

  other: 2*

=== Packages ===
Total number of unique packages: 2173
Total number of package installs: 14323
Average number of packages per machine: 73
*Other means that no architecture could be determined because only noarch packages were installed or a custom architecture tag was used.

Wow. 84 recorded and that was on my *server* where I think I do not install that much non-standard stuff. Although the server does also double up as home entertainmnet system so that would explain a lot of additional packages. I will run on my main desktop machine as well and see what that finds.

Nice to see postgres in your list, but you are 4 patch-levels behind for
the 8.4 branch ...

Cheers,Tink

Hi Tink,

I noticed that with Sbopkg's nifty update feature. I'll get around to upgrading when I get QGIS upgraded.

Regards,

From the data, I think Slackware should include Lua.
