SlackBuild netcat openbsd won't compile

I can't compile the slackbuild version of netcat openbsd. I get this error: "netcat.c:99:24: fatal error: bsd/stdlib.h: no such file or directory"
Thanks for any help.

have you installed libbsd yet?

It appears you may not have installed its dependency, libbsd.
