very close.....
1) look in /lib/modules/2.6.9/kernel/drivers/char/agp if it exists. if not, add it in the .config -file as a module.( and do a " make modules && modules_install ")
2) i've had that error too and i don't know where it came from( never gave trouble )
i guess you're using alsa so if sound is oke , don't worry.
3) i've noticed that yesterday, so if anyone knows an answer......
