KDE 4.3 is out and Slackware 13 has yet to be released, but it would appear Slackers will have to wait another 6 months or more (?) for a stable release of Slackware before they can enjoy the improvements in KDE 4.3. Not everyone wants to run "current" which is inherently unstable.
OTOH, personally, i won't be ungrading to 13 until I've heard the KDE 4.x versions of the applications I use are as good as their KDE 3.5.10 predecessors.

I will probably download and compile KDE 4.3 myself. It only takes a bit of time, and what the heck. It will contribute to my learning experience. I wonder if there is a slackbuild? Think I'll go look.
I prefer a stable KDE 4.2.4 over an unsufficiently tested 4.3. And: 4.2.x is already sooo good, that it was reason enough for me to run -current, for the first time, on a machine I work on daily. It's not yet my main system, but I hope to make it that, once 13.0 is there.
KDE 4.2.4 is solid now in -current, it will be a welcome component of 13.0. I have no complaints. Remember, this is Slackware we're talking about, PV won't include software until it meets his standard of excellence.
Running -current is a good choice if you want to try out KDE 4.3 in the future.
I had aleady try the slackware13(current) in the link: http://ftp.df.lth.se/pub/slackware/s...e-current-iso/
and I find it contain KDE4.3 .It 's beautiful.but my machine were too slowly to run it.
so I get back to the slackware12.2 ,using the KDE3.5. work well!

I'm thinking of doing this myself... any luck finding a slackbuild?
