Slack 11 Konqueror: "System:/" shows no icons. How do I get them back

Hi all,

Just like the title says I lost all my icons from Konqueror when I navigate to System:/ in the address bar. how can I get them back? I don't recall making any significant changes to the system and I know I didn't touch KDE at all. I'm not sure what happened. I did get a Konq crash not too long ago but I don't know if its related.

I will log off and log back in to see if they come back.

Edit: Looks like I jumped the gun. I was impatient and after minimizing Firefox, Konqueror is up and running showing all the icons in the System:/ address. Don't know why it took so long but they are there now
