Hello LQ, I would like to bypass the LILO menu and boot right into Slackware but is not working.

I commented out prompt and timeout options but it doesn't seems to work, what I am doing wrong ?

Thanx in advance and sorry for my bad english.

Hi Pyndrive,

Welcome to LQ!!
After editing lilo.conf, you need to run
Code:

'lilo -v'
Just have a look at the following URL's. It will help you to get the idea.
