setting time in Slack 3.5

okay, I put slack 3.5 on an old machine (cause I wanted to play with it, don't ask). anyway, I noticed that my system time is off by an hour (damn daylight savings). What command would i use to fix this?

Yes, I'm still a newbie, my only experience is in RH 7.2 and 8.0

If your system keeps losing (or gaining) time, and your machines are
networked, you can run a time server daemon on one machine and
have your old system pick up the correct time every N seconds.
xntpd (or ntpd).

alright, I'll look into it, they're not networked yet, I had to download the kernel and developmental packages first using my old 33.6, but I have them now, I'm recompiling my kernel as we speak, when I network it to my red hat box, I'll look into it, thanks for the info.
