Serving video streams with Apache

I downloaded and installed the quickcam driver/module so my Labtec Webcam is working fine under Slackware 10.1 with Linux 2.6.10.
I have a working Apache server on my machine with a dyndns static.
I would like my friends to see me with my webcam.
How can I do this?

You could actually just use gnome-meeting which will work with others using net-meeting.

If you really want a webserver, check out cambozola's streaming java app and their page has links to several pieces of software to feed the applet.
