Hello all-
I read the tutorial by SiegeX last year and got Pine and Verizon DSL working like they should. The info he provided was well written and in no time, I was back using text based email. Here is my question:
I am the only one using the pc and I would like to be able to send mail without having to type my password every time... the user name is filled in by default. Is there a way to do this? I searched similar threads but didn't see a solution.

I have not done this, but this is probably what your looking for:
You can only enable password file support when you build Pine. This is not binding, in the sense that even if you enable it you must still create the password file in order to be able to use it. The only sure way to define a password file is to edit the file pine/pine.h and add the following line to it:
