SeaMonkey 2.12.1 - accidentally hid the menu bar. Any way to recover it?

Xfce 4.10
SeaMonkey 2.12.1

Hi: I accidentally clicked on one of the items of View>Show/Hide and was left without the menu bar (and no tool bar too). I know it seems silly but I cannot recover the menu bar now. It is precisely the menu bar which allows to show the menu bar, so... Is there a way out other than erasing the home directory?

Seamonkey's help does not mention the menu bar. But if this is so, I don't know how I did to hide it.

I ran 'seamonkey -new-instance' and the menu bar reappeared!
