SDL issues with 10.1 -> 10.2

Hi,
I followed UPGRADE.txt to the letter, and everything went fine in my move from 10.1 to 10.2. Except for SDL. For some reason, when I try to compile an SDL based program (I tried Supertux and Wesnoth so far) it was complaining about SDL_media. If I downgrade to 1.2.6 (instead of 1.2.9 which is -current) then things work fine.
Anyone else run into this or have any ideas? Is there any post upgradepkg / installpkg configuration I need to do/

Hmm yes I am using 2.6.12.3 and it doesn't do so well with SDL 1.2.9 (up to 1.2.8 works fine). Maybe I'll take a peek around the SDL site to see if they have any ideas...
