Yes, Compiz will run with all effects in XFCE. You will need to manually start compiz once XFCE starts up, and use ccsm to configure everything; as XFCE doesn't have any built-in support for those functions.

have you enabled 3d acceleration by installing the proper modules for your graphics card?

You would need to be running capable video card drivers (such as the official NVidia drivers) and have a properly configured xorg.conf file. Then it is simply a matter of starting Compiz and the GTK decorator:

The easiest way is to put the following lines in a script, and add it to XFCE's autostart list:

compiz --replace ccp &
gtk-window-decorator --replace &

MS3FGX thanks!! it works..
one more question,i want to make it run when i start Xfce
so i have to edit the xinitrc, am i right?

The best way under XFCE would be to use "xfce4-autostart-editor". Just give the autostart editor the location of your script, and it will handle the rest.

hmm..i have another problem here
i creat simple shell script as you say..

compiz --replace ccp &
gtk-window-decorator --replace &

iam not to sure this is right script or not,i just find reference on google

and i saved it on /usr/local/sbin as executable file, than i put it on xfce4-autostart-editor..but when i restart my Xfce, Compiz not running.

thanks for every help..
