kdelibs doesn't compil on current with latest cmake, need this patch:

another 'kdelibs' compil fail problem:

(/usr/include/libxslt/xsltlocale.h:20:10: erreur fatale: xlocale.h : Aucun fichier ou dossier de ce type)

seem to be solved, By recompiling libxslt.

this is fixed on kde applications 17.08.0, (kdelibs-4.14.35) available August 10, 2017 or August 17, 2017:

(gpg: "gpg" is now installed as "gpg" and not anymore as "gpg2".
If needed, the new configure option --enable-gpg-is-gpg2 can be
used to revert this)

Interesting, this probably makes using enigmail more annoying since it checks for gpg2.
