RC5, d/maketag and d/maketag.ez typo

In those two files, GCC is defined as:
"gcc" "GNU gcc-4.3.3 C compiler" "on"
It should reflect the current gcc version or just use "GNU C compiler", so that it does not need to be updated each time gcc changed.
