Solved - Works


Gentlemen, I'm sorry,

of course I forgot to update system variables after installation - that was the only fault.
Kdesdk3, kdewebdev3, (qt3 and kdelibs3) provides /opt/kde3/bin/quanta and it works. I should try to 'locate' for quanta before asking, but I simply did not get the idea.

Solved - works

Gentlemen, I am sorry.

Of course I forgot to update system variables after installation - that was the only fault.
Kdewebdev3, kdesdk3, qt3, kdelibs3 provides /opt/kde3/bin/quanta. After variables have been updated, 'quanta' simply starts it.
I should locate for quanta after installation, but I did not get the idea.
