qt3 header file missing

Hello,

my situation is the following. I'm using Slackware 12.1 and I'm actually trying to compile kommander-1.3.1 (kommander is a gui editor and executor for scripts).
My problem is now that this package needs a header file called "database2.h". This header file is part of the qt source package but it is not available in the slackware package qt-3.3.8b. This file is also not installed by a classic
./configure
make
make install
and if I'm running the slackbuild script it is not included, too.

The file is part of QT Designer.

My question is now, what I need to do to install this file automatically from the source package?
I think it is at least interesting that this file is not available via the normal "make install".
