qemu slackware 11/WinXP pcmcia issues

OK...For me to get on the 'Net, (as much as I travel) I use a Sprint Broadband Cell Card (Pantech PX-500) in the pcmcia slot. Connects fine in Slackware.

However, the utility only works in Windows. So I installed qemu, (Seems to work fine). But there is no pcmcia support/device in Windows. No pcmcia. The card works in Slackware thru two USB ports,only one of which is used in Slackware.

How do I get the pcmcia to work in XP/qemu?

Or, maybe a better question: How do I get Windows to use the pcmcia port thru qemu?

i don't think that's possible. read this. it refers to pci support, but should be applicable to pcmcia as well.

however i don't think you'll need the utility at all. have you tried iwconfig and iwlist?

if you absolutely have to use your utility, you should try to get it working with wine.
