Hi invader44!

Yes, there is a very good guide in the USB/PXE directory on the DVD. I am away from my 13 box at the moment and don't have the exact path - but you can find it easily!

I use PXE for most of my installs now and love it!

EDIT:
DUH - on my 12.1 machine it is here...
usb-and-pxe-installers/README_PXE.TXT
I think same place on 13 media.
/EDIT

Yes there is a guide. On the install DVD there is a file /usb-and-pxe-installers/README_PXE.TXT which shows how to do this.

The text version of the PXE readme is available on the Slackware CD/DVD and every Slackware mirror, like here: http://slackware.osuosl.org/slackwar...README_PXE.TXT

The original Wiki version of this document is here: http://alien.slackbook.org/dokuwiki/...=slackware:pxe

hey thanks for all the replies, will look into that readme.txt. So if I wanted to set up a pxe server, running slackware and put a window image on this, I could follow this readme.txt?

Hi

For Windows install through PXE from a Linux server, you might want to look at Unattended http://unattended.sourceforge.net/
