PTY allocation request failed on channel 0

I'm trying to authenticate with github, however when I try to:

Code:
ssh git@github.com
sycamorex@mainframe:~$ ssh git@github.com
Enter passphrase for key '/home/sycamorex/.ssh/id_rsa':
PTY allocation request failed on channel 0
I've done all the steps mentioned here:
http://www.linuxquestions.org/questi...el-0-a-676673/

ie:
Code:
rm -rf /dev/ptmx
mknod /dev/ptmx c 5 2
chmod 666 /dev/ptmx
umount /dev/pts
rm -rf /dev/pts
mkdir /dev/pts
mount /dev/pts
I also restarted sshd. This gave me the following error:
Code:
Could not load host key: /etc/ssh/ssh_host_ecdsa_key
I found ponce's post about it so I assume it's not an issue. Sshd is running.

Any suggestions?

Thank you

I should have checked it before. Although the message did not mention successful authentication, it does seem to have authenticated.
