problems with KDE

I'm having problems with the default KDE, installed by default on Slackware 13.37. I tried upgrading to KDE 4.6.5 using the link here:

http://alien.slackbook.org/ktown/13.37/4.6.5/

What I get is a bunch of broken links and when I try to rsync it comes back saying nothing was in the directory 4.6.5.

Where can I find a package for slackware that has the newest version of KDE w/o having to upgrade to Slackware current?

This one works for me:

Code:
rsync -av rsync://taper.alienbase.nl/mirrors/alien-kde/13.37/4.6.5 .
