He vuelto a mi kernel 4.1.15, que funciona bien.

En el log del sistema vi esto:

Mi equipo es un portátil Asus K52Dr (tiene unos 5 años).
Espero que alguien pueda ayudar.

Hi javier,

let me help translate to English:
---
Hello everybody,

this is my first post at LQ.

The issue is that after upgrade of the kernel to 4.4.0 the system starts very slowly.

Once started it seems to work well.

But leaving the machine running I found inconsistencies on the hard drive: at restart a fsck is triggered.

I did go back to kernel 4.1.15 that works well.

In the system logs I saw this:
Code:

I hope that someone will be able to help.

Thanks in advance.

My English is very bad. I will translated it with a translator.
Thanks

How many languages are there in the world?

Yeah its really bigotted. We have translator websites where you can copy/paste text to translate and I was able to read and understand that without having any Spanish background.

All posts are valuable, I definitely want to see this user get his problem fixed for the good of the next Slackware release. It would be stupid for him not to post his problem because he can't speak English.

solarfields 01-19-2016 08:52 AM

heh... LQ does not even show text typed in Cyrillic...

Scenario A: OP posts his question in his native language. A few helpful and motivated members have to copy-paste the text in Google translate. Most ignore the post. Moderators cannot moderate (or have to also run the text thru Google translate).

Scenario B: OP run his question thru Google translate. Every member can read it. Moderators can moderate.

With all due respect, I like the stupid rule :)

Hi,

I have an ASUS G51 laptop and had the same issue
I rebuilt the kernel with applied patch referred to in this link:

Hi all,

Thak you very much for the assistance, specially Didier Spaier for the translation and dlee99 for the link.

Now it works properly, but I'm still testing. It seems to work well.

I hope in the next version of the Linux Kernel is resolved.

Best regards
