problem with slackware64
i try to use adobe reader i486 on slackware64,but
Code:
tinnnysu@tinnnysu:~$ acroreadi search a lot,no result,slackware64 can not use 32bit program? i will appreciate any word you write(my english is so bad) |

In order to run 32 bit software on Slackware64 it is necessary to install Alien Bob's multilib packages,
http://alien.slackbook.org/dokuwiki/...kware:multilib If you follow his instructions you shouldn't have any problems. |
Adobe Acrobat Reader is already deprecated out with xPDF and Ocular. The Adobe Acrobat Reader for Linux hasn't been updated since 9.5.1 and the latest official build is 10.1.4 and no plans have been made to update it from this version or create a version for X64 platforms.

I agree with ReaperX7, Okular is very good. But if one hasn't installed KDE, Okular will not run properly (one can install okular without KDE, but here it doesn't open PDF-files). I'd recommend to take a look at evince which is available via slackbuilds.org and has minimal dependencies.
