Please provide some essential information like:
- type of Internet connection (dailup/dsl/cable and direct or via a router )
- hardware used to connect to Internet
What did you try already and what was the result ?

It sounds like you are new to Linux - welcome to a world of pain

I suggest you search the forums and also that you provide more detail - exact type of modem, which country you are in.

Yes I am. I dunno what my Cable Modem exactly is but I'm in the US and I have Road Runner.

Is there like a Internet config Wizard somewhere??

And how do you setup Apache (sp?) if you forgot when you were installing?

At the command line:

netconfig

Then reboot.

Yes that solves the Apache problem... but I still need to connect to the Internet. I have some Toshiba model and Road Runner is my ISP.

How do you just "restart networking", rather than having to reboot the whole machine?
