I'm on a full default install of Slackware 10 using fluxbox as my WM.

I wanted to add some program to my flux menu, so I edited /usr/X11R6/share/fluxbox/menu and put the stuff in that I wanted to. I restarted everything, but the menu didn't change. So I checked /usr/X11R6/share/fluxbox/init, and it had session.menuFile ~/.fluxbox/menu, which doesn't even exist. So I changed the init to point to the menu that I edited, and restarted everything again, but still no menu change. Anyone know how I can fix this? Also, where is fluxbox getting its menu from, since it doesn't appear to be getting it from /usr/X11R6/share/fluxbox/menu (and there is no home .fluxbox directory either)

I used to edit my fluxbox menu from ~/.fluxbox/menu file, it works fine. I wonder why you have not a ~/.fluxbox directory...

Keep in mind that directory which begin by a dot is hidden of course
