Plug-in for PepperFlash?
About one and a half years ago I stumbled across a post on another board that gave instructions on how to install a plug-in into Firefox (on some other Linux distribution) that would allow a user to use pepperflash.
I just did a search and can't find any up to date information. Has anyone heard of this plug-in or wrapper? Thanks. |
It's fresh player, but in a (really) quick search, I didn't find any SlackBuilds.

Thanks to everyone for the information.
Greatly appreciated! :hattip: |
OK, found a package over at SlackOnly,
http://packages.slackonly.com/pub/pa...hplayerplugin/ It works with Firefox, SeaMonkey and Opera-12.16, using Alien BOB's chromium-pepperflash-plugin. However, other than the fact it is newer, I can't see any difference between it and the "outdated," but security maintained, flashplayer-plugin for Linux. Edit in: After comparing the two, IMHO, the flashplayer-plugin for Linux proves superior video sharpness and audio clarity. Why, I don't know. |
