PANIC! KERNEL panic....

Gah! I used DaOne's great compiling guide, but then, when i start up, it says

kernel panic: VFS: unable to mount root fs on 3:01

Something like that. Any ideas? Or anyway i can install Orinoco without recompiling?

The basic idea is NOT to have the driver
for your root file-system as a module :)
