Hey Hondro... Here is what i have in /etc/X11/xorg.conf . I have a laptop and both the touchpad and logitech USB Wireless mouse work with this.. (although the touchpad is ititialsed during boot from kernel). If i change the protocal to something else it seemed to stuff it up (although PS/2) may work for you if it is a cabled mouse

dentifier "Mouse1"
Driver "mouse"
Option "Buttons" "5"
Option "ZAxisMapping" "4 5"
Option "Protocol" "Auto"
Option "Device" "/dev/mouse"

Protolcal is set to Auto..
