Octave 3.4.2 gives compilation error on Slackware-current 64

Hi,

I tried to compile octave 3.4.2 from sbopkg without success. So I downloaded the newest version 3.6.1 and the compilation were accomplished without any error. I'm not sure if this is a bug specifically for Slackware or Octave 3.4.2 itself, but I wanted to report it here for others that may try compile it.

I use Slackware-current 64 with multilib.

Without seeing the compile error I'm merely guessing, but when gcc-4.7.0 stopped including unistd.h by default it required minor adjustments to a lot of existing code. Probably the adjustments were made in Octave 3.6.1.
