nvidia tv-out Xorg.conf copy needed...

Ok, I recently bought a nother computer i had planed on useing for 2 things, One was a media player computer (thus the tv out feture) and the other was for a small game server (me and my friends play) , now because I planed on useing it as a server, and I have pritty decent linux experiance, I decided it would be no trouble getting tv out and what not all working on slackware. (but i was wrong)

My problem now is, I never installed emacs, and i have crashed X, permentnely, and cannot eddit it because emacs isnt installed.. witch is all i can think of that doesnt require X... (doesnt matter operating system is now whiped) I went and temperaraly installed windows and configured my video card to have my tv as the only monitor; Witch was fine cuz i wanted to have it just play my movies..
Now when i boot my computer the tv works just like any old monitor (does this mean i could install linux and it would think that was my monitor?)

But with that being said, i will have to use a real monitor just to reinstall slackware cuz my tv is much lower defenition and text is hard to see...

So im looking for some one who has a working slackware 10 xorg.conf file that has there tv out allready configured, and is useing a nvidia video card, and perferably a north american tv, (but i can fill in the blanks there)...
I basicaly wanna be shure that when i go threw the small hassel of installing slackware again, i will have tv out up and running, A.S.A.P. perferably tonight...

Im sory to Bother people, But ive attempted to do this on my own and have failed (extreamly bad)...

Thanks ahead of time if any help is given..

------------------------------------------------------------
Tv must be able to be used with out a monitor, But i realy want a monitor to be able to be hooked up and work as well (for configuration etc.)

I will have the newest nvidia driver installed once i get linux reinstalled..

Thanks if any one can help.

oooooh... sorry.... I did that a while ago... but I couldn't get it working with a tv AND monitor... doesn't sound like that's a problem for you though...
...

pico nano and vi are good editors by the way...

I can't find an old copy... but I can edit mine so it SHOULD work.. there's just a very simple line to add if you want tv out instead of vga

and I use dvorak and dual monitors.. so I'm only going to post the device section..

Code:
Section "Device"

        ### Available Driver options are:-
        ### Values: <i>: integer, <f>: float, <bool>: "True"/"False",
        ### <string>: "String", <freq>: "<f> Hz/kHz/MHz"
        ### [arg]: arg optional
        #Option "DigitalVibrance" # <i>
        #Option "NoFlip" # [<bool>]
        #Option "Dac8Bit" # [<bool>]
        #Option "NoLogo" # [<bool>]
        #Option "UBB" # [<bool>]
        #Option "Stereo" # <i>
        #Option "SWcursor" # [<bool>]
        #Option "HWcursor" # [<bool>]

        Option "ConnectedMonitor" "TV"
THIS IS THE ONE YOU NEED TO EDIT!! you could also put in CRT or DFP

/usr/doc/NVIDIA_GLX-1.0/README

(if you have a nvidia driver installed)

(app-j) APPENDIX J: CONFIGURING TV-OUT

seems to be what you need, although the info is not in the form you requested...
