nvidia overscan help

So I never had this issue until now.
I got a second monitor to match my primary monitor they are both the same model and brand. The secondary monitor has an issue with going pass the borders and making me not see my desktop edges... I was researching that i can fix it with nividia overscan but every time I try it just plain brakes. Any ideas or help?

Monitor Viewsonic VX2453mh-LED
1920x1080

Thanks for the help.

Sending the monitor back to newegg as defective. If I really think about it this monitor should do 1920x1080 without an issue as my primary is the same exact model and does it just fine.
