nVidia MX4000 series : detection?

I am considering upgrading my graphix card to an nVidia MX4000 card. I'm running Slack 10 with about 500MB of RAM, Athlon XP2.4 processor, and an ASrock motherboard.
I am wanting to establish whether installing such a graphix card will be recognised by Slackware or whether I'd have to download new drivers for it or roll my own kernel. Also, in terms of the items I've listed, I am presuming that there will not be any conflicts but can someone please verify this.

the Geforce 4000mx is basically an overclocked Geforce 4 MX and will be detected just fine as such - i use one myself so can vouch for this!!

Nviidias drivers enable the 3D for this card and are fine - make sure you install the Kernel Source code though !
