I've got a strange problem I just don't seem to see anyone else having, or they don't speak German or English.
While booting my Kernel 2.6.9 which I compiled newly with the same config from 2.6.7 which comes with my Slack10.0 I get the following errors:
NTFS-FS error (device hda1) ntfs_check_logfile(): The two restart pages in $logfile do not match
NTFS-FS error (device hda1) load_system_files(): Failed to load $logfile. Mounting read-only. Mount in Windows
Now can someone help me with this? If I could only find out what logfiles the module wants, then I could see if they actually exist or not, but no google has helped me till now...
Things like that can occur when you wrote to ntfs
from the kernel driver ... you'll need to either boot
the windows install to clean that up, or use the
ntfstools ntfsck to correct the problem...
