ntfs-3g error after kernel upgrade to 2.6.35.4

I was running 2.6.35 without any errors. I decided to upgrade to .4 today, used the same config.

After i rebooted into the newly compiled kernel i got these errors on boot..

Code:
Mounting non-root local filesystems:
ntfs-3g: Failed to access volume '/dev/sdc1': No such file or directory

ntfs-3g 2010.3.6 integrated FUSE 27 - Third Generation NTFS Driver
                Configuration type 1, XATTRS are on, POSIX ACLS are off

Usage:    ntfs-3g [-o option[,...]] <device|image_file> <mount_point>

Options:  ro (read-only mount), remove_hiberfile, uid=, gid=,
          umask=, fmask=, dmask=, streams_interface=.
          Please see the details in the manual (type: man ntfs-3g).

Example: ntfs-3g /dev/sda1 /mnt/windows

Ntfs-3g news, support and information: http://ntfs-3g.org
tmpfs on /dev/shm type tmpfs (rw)
Details ->
I have 3 HDD's
1. WDC 1TB [fine]
2. Seagate 160GB [fine]
3. /dev/sdc1 is my old SATA2 160GB Seagate HDD. (in AHCI Mode) [Works fine in windows]

All my other windows partitions are detected perfectly!

I did a complete disk check and it appears to be fine.
Then i booted in the default kernel that comes with slackware 13.1....and walla..No errors!!!!

What could be the problem? Did someone experience the same issue?

Obviously sdc1 (or it's disk controller) was not recognized. It's not an ntfs-3g problem.

Problem Solved!
Turns out it was a problem between the keyboard and the chair.

I fixed it by recompiling the kernel using the default huge config from /boot
