no Panel in xfce

My panel dosent show in XFCE any more. Has been since my computer hanged and had to reset it.

I also cant load the panal configure app

other uses arnt affected

Any help appretiated

Using the Run box seems to work better as when I do it in the Terminal closing the terminal stops the panel.

How do I get this to happen when xfce starts?

save the session when you exit, it's somewhere in there in the XFCE control panel.
