No networkconnection?

I upgraded my kernel with these packages; kernel-ide-2.4.26-i486-3.tgz and kernel-source-2.4.26-noarch-2.tgz.

Everything seems to be alright, except that I cant connect to it. I don’t think it’s getting an IP from my router. Any way to solve this problem?

Thanks for any help.

You can always run /sbin/netconfig to reset your connection parameters. Try lsmod before to see if net drivers are loaded (depending of your network card)
