No APM in slacky 9.1

I just want to double/triple check that in the kernel supplied with slacky 9.1 there is no APM support ?

Ive never compiled a kernel before and it seems hard is there a simple way i can add APM support although im guessing the answer is no.

thanks

It is a module in Slackware 9.1.

Open /etc/rc.d/rc.modules find "modprobe apm" and decomment it.

Hope I helped.

Also edit /etc/rc.d/rc.modules and uncomment the line /sbin/modprobe apm. rc.modules is read at bootup and uncommenting that line will result in an '/sbin/modprobe apm' being run at bootup.
