NFS/portmap
 

I accidently froze my start-up process. I have an NFS in my fstab but portmap was not started up. So when it goes to start it just freezes at "Mount remote (NFS) file system". Anyone to stop it from trying?

I figured "something out", I stuck in the bootable cd and let it boot up untill the login prompt. Logged in with root and the changed the fstab to mount the hard-drive. Mounted /dev/hda to a directory I made up. I then went into the mount hd and chmod'd the rc.portmap and worked fine.
