Slackware is great, but other Distros are no less impressive.
I choose Opensuse, Mandriva, Fedora, and lastly -----Sabayon.
ok, then why are you posting here. you just show up, and post comments that are either incorrect, troll bait, or simply showcasing your lack of google. if slackware is not for you, and you dont have anything to say about it, then dont post in the slackware forum.
Oh no! Slackware is a distribution like Mandriva, Fedora, etc that has Linux as its foundation.
I'm bad at understanding english but you seem to be worse than me ...
Slackware, it is not Linux but a distribution which has at its core Linux, which is the kernel? Do you understand?
No, what afreitascs means that is distributions like Mandriva, Fedora, Ubuntu, and in way trying to make linux more like windows in terms of Automation, and GUI's for everything, while Slackware subscribes to the principal of K.I.S.S (Keep it simple stupid) and makes no assumptions on what your going to be doing with your system., Pat and team aim at producing the most "UNIX-like" Linux distribution out there.
