New install Slackware, lilo failed to install

I installed Slack, got to the end Lilo failed to load, said "FATAL Partition Entry not found" I can still load the OS from a bookdisk, which I don't have.

When I restart I load into Grub. Says I can still load the OS from a bookdisk, which I don't have.

Edit: I was able to use my slack dvd

mount /dev/hda3 /mnt

and from there liloconfig to reconfigure my lilo.

Took me a few hours but I'm learning
