NetworkManager Applet 0.7.0?

I want NetworkManager Applet 0.7.0 for my connection, but I have not found it anywhere.
Why NetworkManager Applet 0.7.0? Only for my USB GSM-modem, Huawei 220.
I donīt like unstable distributions like Mandriva or (Xubuntu alpha4)
Kppp have not settings for GSM network...

Might try umtsmon (http://umtsmon.sf.net). Does work quite good here.
