Need help with nvnet nvaudio

Im runnin Slack 9.1
Ive installed Nvidia Nforce drivers and Ati fglrx drivers. At boot I get"
modprobe: modprobe: Couldnt locate module nvnet.o
modprobe: modprobe: Couldnt locate module nvaudio.o

I need to know what config to change to get ethernet goin. Im not too worried about the audio since its intel based and so is the kernel driver which works fine. I would like to remove that modprobe from the boot.

Any help would be apprediated. Thx

For nvnet:

Edit /etc/modules.conf:

alias eth0 nvnet

For nvaudio:

Use alsa instead of nvaudio module. I use alsa-1.0.0rc1 and it works fine.
